A small series of caches dedicated and named for the Space Transportation System Orbital Vehicles, more commonly referred to as the Space Shuttle.
OV-99 'Challenger' was the second space-ready orbiter to be built for NASA and was first launched into space in April 1983. Sadly, it completed only nine missions before breaking apart during the launch of its tenth mission, STS-51-L on January 28, 1986.
